Update - Since Monday the 1st of July several changes have been made by our engineering team. performance has vastly improved, as monitored by our communication with clients and via feedback.
Every effort is being made to make sure that Click and Drop is working to expected levels, please contact the Click and Drop helpdesk if you are still experiencing any issues.

Investigating - We’re investigating reports from a small number of users about intermittent issues uploading files using the Click & Drop Desktop client.
Our engineers are looking into this but in the meantime, if you are experiencing any issues with your desktop client not uploading files, please try the trouble-shooting steps at
