Investigating - Our payment partner are currently experiencing an issue processing payments so we have temporarily suspended postage purchases via send.royalmail.com and the Royal Mail Mobile App

Customers using the business version of Click & Drop at business.parcel.royalmail.com are not affected

Monitoring - Our partners have updated us and we have now re-enabled payments for personal customers.

Other areas of the platform, and OBA customers are not affected.

The relevant teams at our partners are working on the cause.
