PayPal and our payment provider have notified us that the issue has been resolved. We can see that payments via PayPal are now processing. We will continue to monitor.

We have been notified by our payment provider that some PayPal payments on send.royalmail.com and the Royal Mail Mobile App are not processing correctly and are displaying errors for our customers. Our Payment provider and PayPal are investigating.
You are still able to pay for your labels using card payments
Payments for Click & Drop (parcel.royalmail.com) are not affected
